I know this has been talked to death, but I seriously could not understand Bane's bit of dialogue. I'm hoping this gets sorted for the theatrical release, because this could potentially hurt the the film.
The trailer gives nothing away except that Gotham is in a time of peace and Bane is ultimately there to disrupt it. I'm glad they are not giving away story points and this is very much a tease.
However I'm not getting the same tingle of excitement I got when the first teaser for The Dark Knight got released four years ago. I think a lot if that has to do with that being our first glimpse of Heath Ledger's performance as the Joker though, and this trailer lacks a familiar villain to show audiences (I think this will be the films challenge in general).
There were also shots used in the prologue that could have been used to give a greater impact in this trailer I think (for example the shattered Batman mask as seen in the poster).
What are your thoughts?
